So the house was trashed from my downer Monday and I had to get it all clean for a BBQ at my house tonight plus get school done with the kids.
We skipped some things, such as piano and scriptures, because I didn't get the kids up on time. I actually heard complaints about mission piano! (I was amazed.)
The preschoolers did a lot of coloring today. CC#2 and #3 colored many coloring book pages and CC#2 did a maze since she didn't want to do handwriting. She practiced her words and vowel sounds and counting. When CC#1 did her animal coloring pages, CC#2 did many as well. ( of all kinds of birds)
CC#1 did an excellent job on math...adding up a bunch of two digit numbers with carrying. Great job. She has also improved her memorization and counts with her fingers far far less.
She did handwriting, language, and spelling with almost no complaints. She didn't read today. I need to add another hour to our schedule, I can see, to make this happen. She did a narrative page about birds and some coloring pages. Good work!
NO French and no exercise either. TOmorrow for sure!
